Dan Kauss is a UK born, LA based actor and creative (AEA/Equity). Currently attached as a lead in the upcoming feature film COLDEMERE.

 

Known for portraying off-center characters with charisma, vulnerability and psychological complexity, his screen credits include lead roles in the auteur-driven indie HAVEN HOLLOW and THE LAST STORY ON EARTH (London Short Film Festival; Outfest; Frameline).

 

Alongside his acting career, he develops original work for stage and screen through a performance-led creative practice that combines character exploration, collaboration and script development. His projects are rooted in Los Angeles and often engage themes of identity, belonging and human behavior through character-driven narratives.

 

Through his independent creative practice, Haus of Kauss, he is developing new film and theater projects for local and international audiences.
